We’re looking for a Product Support / Customer Success who thrives on solving complex problems, helping customers succeed, and digging deep to uncover root causes.

If you’re naturally curious, enjoy troubleshooting technical issues, and love delivering exceptional customer experiences, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide prompt and detailed support to customers via email and chat
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, investigate bugs, and identify root causes
  • Guide users through platform features, workflows, and best practices
  • Document technical findings, bug reports, and feature requests
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve customer issues
  • Identify recurring customer pain points and recommend improvements
  • Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and support quality
  • Contribute to process improvements, documentation updates, and support initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role, preferably within a SaaS environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguous situations
  • Strong attention to detail and investigative mindset
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and customer-first approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting SaaS products
  • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments
  • Familiarity with tools such as Intercom, Stripe, Slack, and Google Workspace
  • Experience with audio editing tools (Audacity, GarageBand, Adobe Audition)
  • Experience with video editing platforms (CapCut, Filmora, DaVinci Resolve, iMovie)
  • Interest in podcasting or content creation
