About the Role

We’re looking for an Acquisitions & Partnerships Manager to help grow and strengthen relationships with builders, developers, and industry partners.

In this role, you’ll identify new opportunities, manage key partnerships, and support the successful progression of property acquisitions from initial engagement through settlement.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, and industry partners
  • Source and manage acquisition opportunities aligned with business goals
  • Coordinate transactions from Expression of Interest (EOI) through settlement
  • Act as the primary point of contact for builder and developer relationships
  • Negotiate and facilitate mutually beneficial outcomes with partners
  • Monitor acquisition pipelines and provide regular updates on deal progress
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
  • Identify new partnership opportunities that support business growth
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and pipeline tracking

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in property acquisitions, real estate, residential construction, land development, or a related industry
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and transactions simultaneously
  • Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Understanding of the Australian property acquisition process

Nice to Have

  • Existing relationships within the property, builder, or developer industry
  • Experience using CRM and pipeline management systems
  • Knowledge of land development and settlement processes
  • Experience managing acquisition pipelines and partner relationships
