GritPro Global is building a talent pool of Real Estate Specialists across operations, marketing, sales, and GoHighLevel.
We’re looking for experienced professionals who can step into project-based work with minimal guidance and deliver results from day one. As our client base grows, some project roles may also evolve into ongoing retainer opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
While requirements may vary depending on the specific client and project, we’re generally looking for professionals who:
- Have relevant experience in their chosen specialization
- Have experience supporting real estate businesses or professionals
- Can communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Are comfortable working with international clients
- Can work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Are organized, reliable, and attentive to detail
- Can adapt to different client processes, systems, and expectations
- Are open to starting on a project-based arrangement
- Have a reliable remote work setup
Preferred Experience
Depending on your specialization, experience in any of the following may be highly regarded:
- Real estate operations and administrative support
- GoHighLevel implementation, automation, workflows, and CRM management
- Lead generation and lead nurturing
- Appointment setting and cold calling
- SMS and email marketing
- CRM and pipeline management
- Real estate marketing
- Working with investors, agents, brokers, property businesses, or other real estate professionals

Being part of the talent pool does not guarantee immediate placement or a specific hiring timeline. When a suitable opportunity becomes available, our team may contact candidates whose experience closely matches the client’s requirements.
Engagement Setup
Opportunities may initially be offered on a project-based arrangement, depending on the client’s needs.
As the engagement develops and our client portfolio grows, there may be opportunities to transition into an ongoing retainer or longer-term role.
Specific compensation, working hours, project duration, and responsibilities will be discussed for each opportunity.

Once connected, compensation, performance expectations, project requirements, and day-to-day working arrangements will be handled directly between you and the client.
