Do you sound confident, polished, and natural on the phone?

We’re looking for an experienced Appointment Setter who can connect with prospects, build trust quickly, qualify leads, and book appointments with Property Strategists.

You will be the first voice prospects hear, so your accent, tone, pronunciation, confidence, and ability to hold a natural conversation will play an important role in your success.

This position requires excellent spoken English and a strong Americanized or neutral accent. Applicants who do not meet the spoken-English requirement will not move forward.

What You’ll Do

  • Call inbound and outbound leads.
  • Qualify prospects using the client’s qualification framework.
  • Build trust and rapport within minutes.
  • Speak clearly, confidently, and naturally.
  • Handle common objections professionally.
  • Generate excitement for the strategy session.
  • Book qualified appointments into the team’s calendars.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Follow up through phone, SMS, and email.
  • Meet daily activity and appointment targets.
  • Work closely with the sales and client success teams.

  • You have previous experience as an Appointment Setter, SDR, or Inside Sales Representative
  • You have successfully booked appointments over the phone

  • You can follow a script without sounding scripted
  • You pay close attention to details and maintain accurate records
  • You are comfortable working toward daily targets and KPIs
  • You can work independently in a remote environment

Non-Negotiable Voice Requirements

You must have:

  • Excellent spoken English.
  • A strong Americanized or neutral accent.
  • Clear pronunciation and strong sentence delivery.
  • A natural, conversational speaking style.
  • Confidence speaking with Australian prospects.
  • Strong listening and comprehension skills.
  • The ability to sound warm, polished, and professional.
  • The ability to follow a script without sounding scripted.

A recorded introduction and live phone assessment will form part of the hiring process.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:

  • Previous experience as an Appointment Setter, SDR, or Inside Sales Representative.
  • Experience booking appointments by phone.
  • Experience working with Australian, American, Canadian, or UK clients is preferred.
  • Experience with mortgage brokers, buyers agents, real estate companies, financial services, or property investment companies is highly desirable.
  • Experience qualifying high-value leads is preferred.
  • Confidence using CRM systems.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of Australian property investing.
  • Experience speaking with property investors.
  • Strong numerical confidence.
  • Ability to discuss income, savings, borrowing capacity, and financial goals.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
